IT之家 8 月 23 日消息，据《华尔街日报》今天报道，英伟达同意向人工智能初创企业 Poolside 支付 60 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 404.58 亿元人民币），换取该公司的 AI 模型软件授权，同时将向该公司 109 名员工提供工作机会，旨在开发一款能够与 DeepSeek 和 Kimi K3 竞争的人工智能模型。匿名知情人士透露，英伟达还将向 Poolside 追加投资 10 亿美元（现汇率约合 67.43 亿元人民币），对应 Poolside 的 120 亿美元（现汇率约合 809.17 亿元人民币）估值。

二 | 此次授权为非独家授权，Poolside 将保持独立运营，三位创始人会继续留任。英伟达现在是全球最大的 AI 芯片制造商，这家公司正在不断投资人工智能产业，并试图加快 AI 技术渗透各行各业。同时，英伟达近期越来越重视开源 AI 模型。

三 | 这家总部位于美国加州圣克拉拉的公司也开发过 Nemotron 系列模型，只不过性能不算出众，没有达到中国开源大模型 DS V4、Kimi K3 的顶尖水准。从英伟达的视角来看，一家 AI 芯片制造厂亲自下场开发 AI 模型总是好事，毕竟越来越多人用上 AI，推理芯片的需求就越大，英伟达则能从中赚到更多钱。
